Your package will be processed and shipped out to you within 24 hours after placing your order on weekdays and the next business day on weekends.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Free standard shipping with no minimum spend. The estimated delivery time is between 2-6 business days.

Orders over $200 AUD will receive complimentary free express shipping.

We offer the option of express delivery for a fee of $12 AUD. The estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Free standard shipping with no minimum spend. The estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days.

We offer the option of express delivery for a fee of $20 AUD. The estimated delivery time for international express parcels is 3-7 business days.

We do not ship to international PO Boxes and have the right to refuse an order that's located in an unverified international PO Box.

IMPORT TAX/VAT

Deliveries outside of Australia may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. Please check the import tax rates/VAT in your country as they are the responsibility of the customer.

US customers

We handle all US import fees on your behalf for a worry-free experience. All US import duties are pre paid by our studio so your piece arrives at your door without interruption or extra fees.

The final price you see at the checkout is the total amount you will pay.

EU customers

All orders shipped to the EU are subject to your local country's VAT rate (typically between 19% and 25%), plus a courier handling fee.

For orders valued over €150, an additional import duty may also be applied by customs.

These fees are assessed at the border and collected by your local postal service prior to delivery.
