Our jewellery is truly handmade using the old world lost wax techinique. Once the design is sketched, we use jewellers wax and sculpt the model slowly by hand, until we have an exact replica of the original design.

Using this process means that every item in our collection has gorgeous organic textures that simply cannot be replicated by 3D printed mass produced jewellery.

Once the design is in a sculpted wax form, it's then cast by hand in a jewellers kiln. The wax melts and is replaced by metal, bringing the design to life.

This process is an art form in itself and is being preserved by independent jewellery brands like Venus Trine Mars.

With the introduction and popularity of fast fashion, jewellery is now being mass produced at large scales. What this means is often times, designs are replicated and look very similar.

Small batch jewellery is one of our core values. Every piece in our shop is handmade with intention in limited quantities.

Every crystal is selected by hand and set in it's place to maximise its gorgeous, unique shine. Our suppliers are other ethical small businesses so you can shop confidently knowing that your gemstone was chosen for its brilliance, craftsmanship and responsible origins.

We offer the paid option of express delivery for a fee of $12 AUD if you'd like to receive your order within 1-3 business days.

Orders over $200 will receive free express shipping.

We process all orders within 24 hours on business days and on the next business day on weekends and public holidays.

We use Australia Post and all orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

The estimated delivery time is between 2-6 business days for the free shipping option that you'll receive.

We offer the paid option of international express delivery for $20 AUD. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days.

We process all orders within 24 hours on business days and on the next business day on weekends and public holidays.

Every order is shipped using Australia Post. Your package will come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you.

The estimated delivery time is between 6-10 business days.

US Customers: We handle all US import fees/taxes on your behalf for a worry-free experience. All US import duties are pre paid by our studio so your piece arrives at your door without interruption or extra fees.

EU Customers: For orders under 150 Euros you generally will not be charged import duty or VAT.

For orders over 150 Euros you will be charged a rate of approximately 21% on jewellery. Please note this amount is to be payable by the customer on its arrival to you and is not included in the final price.

Other international customers: Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. Any charges applied by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.

As customs requirements vary internationally, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchase for complete clarity and to avoid any unexpected charges.

We offer express checkout options including Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Alternatively we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay.

We also accept Venus Trine Mars gift cards.

We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Let us know within 7 days of you receiving your jewellery. Please note return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return shipping labels.
