Aus L/US 5.5: 16.1 mm
Aus M/US 6: 16.5 mm
Aus N/US 6.5: 16.9 mm
Aus O/US 7: 17.3 mm
Aus P/US 7.5: 17.7
Aus Q/ US 8: 18.1 mm
Aus Q.5/US 8.5: 18.5 mm
Aus R/US 9: 18.9 mm
